I've been practising yoga on and off for 8 years, and I wanted to commit once again, but this time, alongside yoga, I was looking for PT combined. Ram Sir offered both practices, and after an in-depth consultation, I felt his journey and passion as a Yogi Guru and fitness instructor would help me in weight loss and muscle strengthening. 

Classes are always scheduled on time, advice regarding diet is thorough with multiple options, sessions are taken at the pace of the learner, exercises are adapted, yoga lessons are transformative for the mind body and soul.

I have learned to accept myself and push harder - being able to achieve exercises and meet the goals. I feel satisfaction after each session and a sense that I'm becoming stronger both mentally and physically.

Ram Sir is intuitive to every aspect of the coaching experience. He is patient yet very motivating, and I feel his calm energy brings focus to our sessions. I feel uplifted after completing exercises through his guidance.

I would say JOIN NOW! You will find many yoga institutions and instructors, but the difference here is that Ram Sir gives his personal attention and years of knowledge to help you continue your fitness goals wherever you are in the world. Personal touch and mentoring are invaluable.
